Refunds and Shipping Policies at Panache Salon and Spa



Panache Erie LLC. proudly stands behind all products offered at Panache. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase, we are delighted to assist you with an exchange or refund within 14 days of the original purchase, accompanied with a receipt. Otherwise, items returned after 14 days accompanied with a receipt can be exchanged or a store credit will be issued. For items purchased on our website and returned, return postage is not pre-paid and must be paid by the purchaser. Unfortunately and without exception, we are unable to accept returns of any sale items, opened fragrances, candles, bath & body products, and certain specialty items.

After 30 days, no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued. No refunds on Gift Cards purchased in house or on our web store.


Panache celebrates the creativity and individuality of our service providers. They are committed to their art and to serving you. If you are dissatisfied with one of our stylists’ artistic impression, please call us and allow us to work through this with you. We feel certain this is something that can be remedied quickly. You may find a better fit with another of our service providers. Either way, we are confident that we can meet your needs and we want you to feel comfortable communicating with us. Our design team encourages you to try a service with whomever you like. Please remember we cannot improve without your feedback. However, we will work tirelessly to remedy any situation to ensure your full satisfaction.



Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandising. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment team, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Please note that orders placed after 9:00pm EST will ship the following business day. This excludes Saturday or Sunday and certain Holidays. Orders with express shipping selected (2-day or Next Day) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that "2-Day" and "Next Day indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by using the "Contact Us" link or email us at

We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs, at this time. If you try to ship to this type of address, your order will not be shipped until we have contacted you to get an alternative address. We are currently working on expanding our shipping capabilities.

We currently ship to the following Countries: United States and Canada.

If your package is returned to back to our facility, you will be credited back for the order, including outgoing shipping. We immediately re-stock your order upon receiving it into the warehouse. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order on
