That is why we are reaching out to assure you that we have robust response plans and procedures in place to support you and our team members.
We actively monitor coronavirus information and standards from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), keep our employees informed, and reinforce best health practices in our Salon and Spa.
We are coordinating with our cleaning professionals, adding to their standard cleaning methods with intensive virus cleanings of all areas of our facility. We have acquired one of the best coronavirus cleaners suggested by the EPA, used on all hard surfaces after every service performed a Panache. We have made antimicrobial hand sanitizer readily available and are reinforcing best practices recommended by the CDC. Our staff has been directed to wash their hands at least every hour, and have been educated on COVID -19 and its symptoms.

If the virus situation continues to escalate, we will also move to a procedure of checking the forehead temperatures of all those that enter the building to ensure safety for our clients and staff.
